ADANA ASKI ATATURK SPORTS COMPLEX

BARIŞ ALTIOK ARCHITECT’s Adana ASKI sports complex is socially and environmentally responsible Project, designed for national and international basketball organizations. The Project is aiming to receive LEED Gold Certificate and meet FIBA standards and international accessibility standards.
Providing 10,000 m2 building area, the Project is located on 5700 m2 site with 2500 spectator capacity. Reinforced concrete skeleton with steel roof is covered by aluminum composite panels and glass skin.
The design is functional and rich in form with the fluid movements effectively reflecting the dynamism of sports. The Project is aiming to be the landmark building located at a dense urban high-rise area that has a very high potential to become a social landmark area.
