DREAMLAND (XEYAL ADASI) GOLF CLUB APARTMENTS

BARIŞ ALTIOK ARCHITECTS provided the Architectural and Mechanical designs and the construction documents for the Apartments part of the Xeyal Adasi (Dreamland) Golf Club Project. Located in Baku, Azerbaijan, Xeyal Adasi (Dreamland) Project of Azersun Holding Group of Companies, is based on 320 hectares of land consists of functions such as 18-hole golf pitch, Driving Range, Lakes, Shopping Malls, Schools, Sport Complexes, Entertainment Centers, Hotel and Villas. Our project includes total of 26 apartment blocks with 6 different apartment building types and 370 apartment units. Apartments are currently under construction with approximately 100 thousand square meters of construction area. Buildings are designed to take advantage of the surrounding landscapes, lakes and green areas along with views and light. Movements on the form of the buildings’ are designed to be in coherence with and united with the context and the texture of surrounding site.
