PIRIL İNŞAAT – ORMANCI

Located along Fatih Terim Street (historically known by the locals as SUN CINEMA street) used to be an urban landmark street of Adana. The street is gaining its popularity by urban revitalization projects and the Seyhan Municipality’s efforts. The neigborhood is considered 2. degree earthquake zone and located in the heart of Adana. In this historic neighborhood, buildings do not meet the current building codes and vulnerable to natural disasters. As part of government’s stimulus for urban revitalization, density of the zone is increased. That gave the developer opportunity to invest on this land. Occupants of the existing building are relocated and the existing building is demolished. BARIŞ ALTIOK ARCHITECTS designed a new residential apartment building on this property, aiming to provide safe and beautiful building for original occupants, who will move back in and new occupants. PIRIL İNŞAAT – ORMANCI project consists of 23 residential/office units and 2 commercial ground floor units.
