PLATINUM HOUSE

Designed by BARIŞ ALTIOK ARCHITECTS, The Platinum House is located in Crestmoor Neighborhood in Denver Colorado. While adapting the design guidelines of the neighborhood by maintaining consistency, harmony and quality in architectural design, adding value to the Crestmoor Community has been our primary focus. We are aiming to receive LEED Platinum Certification with our project. The project consists of 5 Bedrooms, 1. Floor Office, Open Plan Living – Dining – Kitchen Spaces, Fire Places at the Living Room and Exterior Porch, 9 Person Home Theater Room, Bar and Hobby Room, Wine Cellar, Spa and 3 Car Attached Garage.
