SINANPASA NEIGHBORHOOD URBAN REVITALIZATION

Yüreğir Adana Sinanpasa Neigborhood is located on 2 main street axis, which are intercity roads tying Adana at North-South and East -West direction to surrounding cities.

Being 2. degree earthquake zone, buildings in the neighborhood do not meet the current building codes and vulnerable to natural disasters, thus Adana Municipality chose this area for Urban Revitalization.

BARIŞ ALTIOK ARCHITECTS, provided the master planning of the site and architectural design of all the buildings on the site. Mixed-use buildings are designed consisting of Ground Floor Commercial areas, Office and Residential areas. 474 Residential Units has been designed with underground parking.
