Total building areas including manufacturing plants within the campus will be aproximately 60,000 m2 (645,850 sqft). 1000 m2 Office Building connects to the 3200 m2 Service Building with 2 floor bridge.

The office building contains the accounting, marketing, business development, purchasing departments along with the managers’ offices and meeting rooms.

The service building contains the locker rooms, showers and restrooms for blue and white collar workers, industrial kitchen, food court, seminar hall, emergency room with doctor’s office and activity terace.
